Order Processing & Fulfillment
All products from The Frozen Ridge are made to order through our trusted production partner, Printful.
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another once it has shipped.
During busy seasons or collection launches, fulfilment times may extend slightly. Every piece is produced individually to ensure quality — thank you for your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Estimated delivery times (after fulfillment):

UK: 3–6 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

USA & Canada: 5–12 business days

Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times can vary due to customs inspections, postal delays, or local courier conditions.
Multiple Shipments
Because our products are made and shipped directly from Printful’s global fulfillment centers, your order may arrive in separate packages if it contains different product types (for example, a hoodie and a mug).
You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes once they reach your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
The Frozen Ridge and Printful are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at support@thefrozenridge.com.
Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
As all products are made to order, we only accept returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective items.
If you receive such an item, please contact support@thefrozenridge.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
